Atlantic Marine, Inc has been awarded the 2006 Customer Service Award

Wrightsville Beach, NC – Regulator Marine, Inc. is proud to announce that Atlantic Marine, Inc of Wrightsville Beach, NC has been awarded the 2006 Customer Service Award.  The award is consumer driven and based on results from customer surveys the National Marine Manufacturers Association sends to Regulator owners nine months following delivery of a new boat.

Atlantic Marine led the Regulator dealer network in both returned surveys and customer satisfaction ratings for the 2006 Model Year.  The survey allows the manufacturer and the dealer to find out how well they handle customer interaction and gauge their customer’s experiences with their service department.  “The results from this year’s survey were not surprising” said Cheryl Williams, Customer Service Manager at Regulator Marine.  “Atlantic Marine has always been an extremely strong dealer for Regulator in both sales and service.  These survey results confirm what we have heard from Atlantic Marine customers for the past twelve years.”

Richard Lane, Atlantic Marine Service Manager, and David Sneed of Atlantic Marine accepted the award on behalf of the entire Atlantic Marine dealership.  This year’s award was presented at the Regulator Annual Service School in Edenton, NC.
