FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Regulator Marine makes five major manufacturing appointmentsFebruary 13, 2007, Edenton, N.C. – Joan Maxwell, President, announces five major appointments in Regulator’s manufacturing department. Al Partin is named Assembly Department Manager and Carlton Wynn and Rebecca Wooley are named Lamination Department Managers. Calvin Ward is named Rigging/Grinding and Pulling Supervisor for the afternoon shift. Billy Barnes is appointed Assembly Supervisor. Al Partin, a life long native of Chowan County, has been with Regulator for nearly four years as a critical member of their manufacturing management team. He is an experienced boat builder, and prior to Regulator, Al has been in the marine industry for over 15 years. Carlton Wynn, also a life long Edenton resident, has developed, over fifteen years, an immense reputation in Regulator’s lamination department. He has worked his way through the ranks of this vital department having engaged in all jobs in the lamination department. His most recent position was lamination supervisor. Rebecca Wooley has been with Regulatorfor nearly three years. Her experience with Regulator started in the Quality Assurance Department and in early 2005 she moved to the Lamination department as a supervisor. Prior to Regulator, she has had nine years management experience in various other business settings. Rebecca came to the Edenton area from Louisiana. Calvin Ward is anotherlife-longEdenton resident and has been with Regulator since 1996. His skills as a lead-person and knowledge of the rigging and grinding department have solidified his reputation as one of Regulator’s key employees. Calvin was certified a journeyman in the first fiberglass boat apprentice program in the state of North Carolina. Billy Barnes, a long time Edenton resident, has been a Regulator employee for nearly fifteen years. He has worked in all of Regulator’s manufacturing areas and has been a lead-person and an assistant supervisor in the assembly department prior to this appointment. Joan Maxwell had this to say regarding these announcements, “All five of these people will play a vital role in Regulator Marine meeting its goals and objectives for 2006 and beyond.” Maxwell went on to say, “These individuals are a sample of the superb men and women making up the Regulator team that will help us reach our vision: To be a world class company- recognized as a leader in the outboard powered sportfishing niche.
