Regulator Marine Honors Its Top Dealers

Edenton, N.C. (October 2005) – Regulator Marine Inc., one of the world’s leading builders of center console sportfishing boats, honored its top dealers for the 2005 model year at the recent Regulator Dealer Conference held in Norfolk, Va.

Rising to the challenge to claim the coveted Dealership of the Year Award was Comstock Yacht Sales of Brick, N.J., which purchased more Regulator boats than any other dealership for 2005. The 31-year-old family owned and operated business also was one of just six dealerships to receive a Platinum Award, Regulator’s highest level for achievement in sales. Other Platinum Award winners included: Oyster Harbors Marine of Osterville, Mass.; North Atlantic Marine of Stevensville, Md.; Atlantic Marine Sales of Wrightsville Beach, N.C.; Bluewater Yacht Sales of Hampton, Va.; and Suffolk Marine of Babylon, N.Y.

In addition, Regulator recognized three salesmen for outstanding performance for 2005. Jim Sharpe of Atlantic Marine Sales took home a Rolex wristwatch after being named both the Salesman of the Year and Mid-Atlantic Region Salesman of the Year. Mike Hayes of Suffolk Marine won the Northeast Region Salesman of the Year award, while Brian Lindsay of Lindsay Marine won the Southeast Region Salesman of the Year award.
