The Graveyard of the Atlantic can offer fantastic wreck fishing for trigger fish, amberjacks, cobia, barracuda and sea bass. No stranger to what these unfortunate reefs have to offer is Brendan Strum of Manteo, NC and his 21’ Regulator the Bill Quest. Owner of one of the first 21’s introduced, Brendan purchased the boat in 1996 and has proven the fact that the 21’ is just as seaworthy as her larger siblings.

The reality of work and a real estate boom on the Outer Banks keeps Brendan busy with his construction company, Wise Flooring, yet he does find time to run occasional charters and is always looking for someone to join him inshore and offshore Oregon Inlet waters. Regulator thanks Brendan and wishes the Bill Quest happy fishing!
