Duane purchased the first 2001 23' Regulator completed in early July of 2000. After hours of researching boats and motors, and working closely with his dealership, Oyster Harbors Marine, Duane settled on a 23' Regulator with twin 200 HPDI's. Duane's website speaks for itself and the enjoyment and pride in his ownership of a Regulator 23'.
