Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is the Good News Fishing Ministry. Captain Tony Caruso, originally from Waterbury, Ct, was born with a fishing pole in his hand and always enjoyed his time on the water. After moving to Florida and meeting his wife, Jeannie, the Caruso's started the Bread of Life Ministry in West Palm. As recent as 1999, Capt. Tony wanted more than anything to practice his ministry through introducing people to the sport he loves so much and taking his ministry to another level.

People of common causes sometimes meet and good things happen. Capt. Tony was introduced to a gentleman, Dr. Walter Forman. Dr. Forman heard Tony's vision and was inspired by the plans and felt it would be a fantastic way to offer support and hope for foster children in the local community. Dr. Forman was so inspired that he purchased a Regulator 26' and donated the boat to the cause of Capt. Tony's ministry.

The boat is now operated out of Jupiter, Florida and can be seen weekly full of excited children ages 5-18 experiencing the trip of a lifetime. The charitable contributions of Dr. Forman, Tony and Jeannie Caruso, Urban Youth Impact, and Youth for Christ are immeasurable.
