Regulator is honored to have a couple of owners that have owned not one or two, but three different models. Matt Peebles of Wilmington, NC is one of these select individuals and purchased his first Regulator in 1993 (It was actually the third 23’ ever built!).

Matt, his wife Kellie and daughter Melissa have been loyal fans and customers of Regulator and Atlantic Marine since that time. Over the year the Peebles have owned a 1993 23’, 2000 26’ and now a 2002 32’. According to Matt the overall quality of work in the boats, storage and heavy-duty performance in a sea has kept him coming back to Regulator product.

In August of 1994, Matt took his wife Kellie on her first offshore trip and spoiled her with the excitement of battling and releasing a blue marlin in excess of 500 pounds in a 23’ center console. Since that time you can find the Peebles fishing the Carolina coast from Manteo to Wilmington and can more than often be seen off the Wrightsville Beach area catching Spanish Mackeral, Dolphin, Tuna and Billfish in the new 32’, Backspin. Regulator and Atlantic Marine thank Matt, Kellie and Melissa for a decade of loyalty!
