Description Summary:
Female chief executive officer in Regulator Marine’s manufacturing organization is looking for an assistant to perform a wide range of administrative duties. Duties may be complex and will involve access to confidential information. Requires excellent computer skills and other administrative skills such as the ability to organize and coordinate many tasks. Candidate must be professional and have a friendly and courteous phone personality.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties for President
  • Opens and sorts President’s mail
  • Must be computer literate with outstanding skills using email and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to set up reports and organize data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
  • Responsible for company and personal errands
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Coordinate luncheons/parties
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive with excellent judgment
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, work on schedule, and within deadlines



  • Minimum three to five years executive assistant experience
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Effective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office or indoor industrial manufacturing, environment
  • Successful applicant needs excellent personal interaction, and systems aptitude, and respect for standard operating procedures

Education (minimum): 
Associate Degree; four-year degree preferred


Compensation Package: 
Total compensation will be based on current or past pay, prior work experience and education. Excellent benefits.
