Chef Tom Colicchio has been part of the Regulator family since 2009, starting with a Regulator 26 and moving up to a Regulator 31 in the summer of 2023.

He has always hailed quality as the number one reason he owns a Regulator center console boat, but of course there’s more to it than that.

Chef Tom is a big offshore fisherman who regularly takes his Regulator 100+ miles offshore for overnight canyon trips - so the saltwater fishing features of his Regulator are key.
