The first, by Alan Blanco at Center Consoles Only, was done in the summer of 2024 in Osterville, Massachusetts with our local dealer at Oyster Harbors Marine. The second, by Regulator’s own Drew Halford, was filmed in Charleston, South Carolina in March of 2025.
Taken together, they show that the 28 is a powerhouse center console that has the capability to run and fish inshore or offshore with ease - while providing a stable and comfortable ride at every turn. We are on a beautiful Regulator 28 here by Oyster Harbors Marine, an official Regulator dealer located in Massachusetts. The Regulator 28 is one of its top sellers and it’s easy to see why.
This 28 is equipped with twin Yamaha 300s and does 55 to 60 miles per hour. The boat is sturdy at almost 10,000 pounds wet.
The Regulator 28 has a 9’ 5” beam and comes fitted with forward seating that's integrated into the deck liner with storage throughout. The U-shaped upholstery easily comes off for fishing. An added bonus is the amount of in-deck storage.
There’s a large seat facing forward in front of the console. It opens up to reveal a large cooler for days out on the water. On the side of the console, you’ll find the opening to the head with toilet, sink and access to the rigging and battery switches.
The helm has a nice enclosure with:
